IDO Annual Update - 2019 - Proposed Amendments

This document includes amendments to make substantive changes in the Integrated Development Ordinance as part of the scheduled annual update for 2019. These changes, as well as proposed technical edits , will be discussed through a series of public meetings in May and June 2019 .

In addition to these amendments, the City Council adopted Resolution 150 on May 20, 2019 to replace procedures for the Development Review Board related to Variance - DRB decisions.
