Facilitated Meetings: Facilitated meetings are an opportunity for an applicant for a development project to meet with neighbors, others who may potentially be impacted, or other stakeholders to discuss a proposed project in a meeting facilitated by the City Legal Department's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mediators. These discussions are opportunities to address issues, answer questions, and explore opportunities.

Fees: General Fee Schedule 2018 includes fees for most applications related to land use development in Albuquerque.

Homeowner How-to for Renovations: This page guides homeowners seeking permits for smaller construction jobs.

Maps: AGIS maintains and updates dozens of layers of geographical information in a computerized format.

Neighborhood Meetings (Required per Table 6-1-1 of the IDO):

Neighborhood Meetings are a new requirement in the IDO. They are intended as an early, informal opportunity for Neighborhood Associations to learn about proposed development and for neighbors and developers to discuss opportunities and address any concerns before the application is finalized and sent into the City's review and approval process.
