IDO - LUPZ Amendment DD - illustration for West Central Ave.

This exhibit illustrates the result of changing the conversion rule for properties zoned C-2 west of the river per  LUPZ Committee Amendment DD .

Converting to MX-M:

  • Properties zoned C-2 within 660 feet of a Premium Transit station (shown in light brown below and shown on the LUPZ Zoning Conversion Map  as brown)
  • C-2 properties < 5 acres and those designated as Shopping Centers (SC), which were formerly converted to NR-C (shown in dark brown below and red on the  LUPZ Zoning Conversion Map )
