Exhibit 8 of O-18-11 amended the adopted IDO to add a new Character Protection Overlay (CPO) to carry over the North I-25 Sector Development Plan provisions for building heights, signs, and building design. This exhibit was revised at the Council hearing on April 2 to change the eastern boundary of the CPO to be Interstate 25.
